Dr. Sudeendra Koushik is an Innovation and Technology management professional with international experience across TEDx and an international speaker at events and conferences. He worked with Philips, HCL, NXP across India, Singapore, and The Netherlands with more than 20 patents in various stages.

Dr. Koushik is also a reputed Innovation consultant helping companies develop a culture of innovation, build innovation skills, and generate business relevant innovations and intellectual property across Fortune 500 companies. He is actively engaged in the start-up sphere, mentoring and supporting multiple start-ups, innovation centers, accelerators, and incubators in multiple domains.

With a PhD by research titled “An Integrated Framework for Innovation Talent Management” focusing on Innovation & Intrapreneurship, he developed a unique innovation talent assessment and management method.
