Todd Hart is the director of Graybar’s Innovation Lab in Research Park, on the campus of the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). In his current role, he leads a team of project managers, designers, researchers, and developers in vetting new ideas and emerging technologies to better serve existing and new customer markets.

Todd’s career spans from accounting intern, computer technician, account executive, marketing director, IT consultant to founding the State Farm Research & Development Center at UIUC. Prior to Graybar, Todd spent time as an entrepreneur and small business owner where he started a real-estate investment company from the ground-up.

Todd has an undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance from Millikin University and later received an MBA from the University of Illinois.
